Local Bold template FAQ

How is Local Bold different from Local Home?
Both are Local Business page templates, but they are built from different layouts — they share no sections at all. Local Bold runs 7 sections and opens on the Helm navbar; Local Home runs 8 and opens on the Scout navbar.
Can I use only part of the Local Bold template?
Yes. The 7 sections are independent, so you can remove any of them and keep the rest. Helm and Bedrock are page furniture you will usually replace with your own navigation and footer; everything between them is the page proper.
Do I have to write my own copy for Local Bold?
The preview is filled with sample Local Business copy so you can judge the layout at a realistic length rather than against placeholder text. It is meant to be replaced — the wording is sample content, while the layout and the design tokens are what you keep.
