By accessing or using Constrainly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Constrainly provides browser-based tools for creating and exporting frontend design systems — including color, typography, spacing, radius, and shadow tokens — along with configurations and instructions intended to help AI coding tools generate more consistent user interfaces.
The Service is provided for informational and productivity purposes. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and some tools may be offered in a preview or in-development state.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or related systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service, including through automated scraping or denial-of-service activity.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, and visual interface, is owned by Constrainly and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service itself.
These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent.
6. Your Content & Outputs
Any design tokens, configurations, code, or other outputs you generate and export using the Service are yours. We do not claim ownership of the design systems you create, and you are free to use them in your own projects, including commercial ones.
You are responsible for the content you input and the outputs you choose to use, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any material you provide to the Service.
7. Third-Party Tools & Links
The Service is designed to produce output for use with third-party AI coding tools and may link to external websites or services. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse or control, those third parties. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that party's own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, behavior, or output.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any output — including output intended for AI tools — will meet your requirements or produce any particular result. You use the Service and rely on its outputs at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Constrainly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Constrainly and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
11. Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
